The 2024 Farm Progress Show will be held in Boone August 27th-29th. It will be the first time the show has been held in Iowa since 2022 with the 2023 show taking place in Decatur Illinois. Last week a meeting was held for exhibitors and vendors at the show site in Boone. The meeting allowed exhibitors, vendors, and show personnel to work in-person on preparations for the show in August.
Matt Jungmann, the National Events Director at Farm Progress says that the planning meeting allowed exhibitors to work on logistics for the show with vendors and show planners.
Jungmann says that the planning and information sessions add up throughout the year to make the Farm Progress Show run smoothly.
He says the 2024 show is well positioned because of the lack of Covid restrictions that were in place in August 2022.
Jungmann says that international interest in the show is growing every year.
In 2022 poor weather did not allow for field demonstrations at the show site in Boone. This year the field demonstrations will be back for Farm Progress 2024.
