As we get to the end of the year, it?s time to reflect on the successes and struggles we dealt with in 2022. While we did face plenty of issues, we also saw plenty of advancements as well. Every year, we see new seed genetics coming out, and Pioneer especially has been digging in deep to make positive changes for farmers to take advantage of. Don Gehrls, Pioneer U.S. soybean marketing lead, said this year was a big jump for the Enlist E3 soybean lineup in Iowa.

While results were highly variable across the state, Gehrls said their products performed very well against the drought conditions.

Gehrls said that many Iowa farmers told them that their Enlist E3 A-series had most of the traits they were looking for this year.

Recently, many farmers have been switching over to the Enlist E3 series. Gehrls said this is simply because the lineup has a ton of reliability and flexibility.

As we hear more and more about uncertainty concerning supply chain and fertilizer issues, Gehrls said that Enlist E3 can offer a greater return on investment and help farmers minimize those risks.

Gehrls added that there are several things to look forward to in 2023 from the Enlist E3 lineup.
