Colfax Sheep Auction: April 25, 2015

COLFAX, Iowa – Saturday saw a heavier run of sheep and goats at Colfax than the prior week. With 535 head of sheep sold, feeder lambs brought in the day?s high average price of $2.54 per pound. Fed lambs averaged $1.72 per pound, while prices on the 130 head of goats ranged from $122.50-$255 per head.
