Bayer received good news in early 2022 that its newly developed premium, pre-selective herbicide TriVolt had been granted registration by the EPA. That led to many trial runs during the 2022 growing season.
After receiving EPA approval in early 2022 for its new TriVolt herbicide, Bayer crop science was quick to put the new product to the test in the field.
That is Dominik Hoffmann, Bayer product manager, who says that TriVolt performed well enough in test fields this growing season that a full launch is coming in 2023.
Hoffmann says that like with any new product in the marketplace, farmers want to see results before they think about trying a new herbicide.
Dominik Hoffman tells the IARN that seeing a product make it to the ag marketplace for producers to buy is a wonderful feeling after years of hard work.
