Fourteen months ago, Ziegler Ag that it would no longer do parts services or sales for CLAAS combines. Since then, CLAAS has started several FARMPOINT locations in Iowa in order to fill in that service void. Daryl Theis, head of sales and marketing at CLAAS, said they feel good about the coverage they have across Iowa.
Theis said FARMPOINT is focused on keeping farmers running by bringing parts services to their farms at times when they need them the most.
On top of having quick service, Theis said they are also focused on making sure farmers get the right parts to make their repairs.
