Louisiana Senator David Vitter and Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker introduced legislation February 14 rolling back two EPA waivers allowing the sale of E15. What the renewable fuels industry hailed as a milestone the two senators now claim could damage consumers’ engines and void warranties, leaving drivers on the hook for costly repair bills.
