As a celebration of its 25th anniversary this year, Sinclair Tractor hosted a daylong appreciation event, where employees, customers, suppliers, and friends donated to raise $600,000 to support area food banks, including the Food Bank of Iowa. Sinclair Tractor CEO Bob Sinclair said there are few greater ways to celebrate than by giving back to those who are in need.
Being located in a generous community, Sinclair said it was an easy choice to return the favor and support the community.
Sinclair added that he just considers this as the company doing its small part, and he encouraged everyone else to do the same.
In addition to Sinclair Tractor, other key donors to the initiative included Quality Ag Service, Michael Walker Advertising, Cookies BBQ, John Deere, the John Deere Foundation, Brandt Agricultural Products, AGI/Westfield, Unverferth, Tractorhouse, the Iowa Auctioneers Association, Farm Credit Services and many other caring individuals and companies.
