Results from the newly released fourth American Farm Bureau Federation drought survey shows little drought relief for farmers and ranchers.
AFBF Economist Danny Munch says the American Farm Bureau Federation drought survey is a great tool for determining the impact of drought on agriculture.
One of the biggest takeaways from the survey was 60 percent of respondents reported selling off a portion of their herd or flock, with total herd sizes expected to be down 33 percent.
Munch says changes in drought conditions since the survey vary by region.
