The USMCA has been in the spotlight this summer with the review process in July a major focus. Dr. Megan Roberts is an economist with Compeer Financial and says that United States dairy producers have been closely watching the process unfold.
On the Dairy Stream podcast Roberts mentioned that the USMCA has been very beneficial for United States agriculture, but it is in need of some improvements.
Roberts says that U.S. ag trade will be highly impacted by whatever transpires with the annual review of USMCA.
