We continue our discussion about the circumstances surrounding the lawsuit against HD3 farms in North Carolina.

Travis Brown, an Assistant Operations Manager at HD3 Farms, said many of the residents who filed the lawsuit over the nuisance moved in after the facility had already been built and was operational.
Brown says while the key plaintiff was close to the operation, there were complainants up to a mile away in radius.
Brown said not every neighbor was against them.
Brown says having the trial in Raleigh, over a hundred miles away, didn?t help their case any.
In fact, the jury was never allowed to visit the farms on trial.
