Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that seem to divide us as Christian people.
We have different opinions on right and wrong, or what is considered a sin, and what isn’t.
We are notoriously known for the people who tell what we are against, rather than what we are for.
But, I’ve come to realize that what unites us, is more powerful that what divides us.
We have a God who loves us and died for us. We have an enemy that wants to steal, kill, and destroy. We also have people who don’t know a thing about our God and our enemy.
It is our job as believers to stand together.
Today, quit focusing on so much of what divides us, and focus on what unites us.
Prayer: “God, forgive us for focusing on petty things that don’t matter. Help us to see the importance of working together towards a common goal. In your name I pray, Amen.”
