Ahead of next week’s World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report, the export sales are almost lined right up with where they should be. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride said corn sales had another good report this week.
At this point, the soybean export totals for this year are also status quo.
Since soybeans are basically just meeting the USDA’s export goals, McBride said he doesn’t expect to see any adjustments in the June WASDE report next week.
However, McBride said it is likely that the USDA will increase the corn expectations.
