Record world and U.S. corn production expected

USDA published the May WASDE report on Monday May 12th and the first look at the new corn marketing year signals projected record production in the United States and globally.

That is World Agricultural Outlook Board Chair Mark Jekanowski. Despite record production, global consumption is greater than the corn supply and demand estimate. This will lead to lower world ending stocks for 2025/2026.
