November WASDE looks mostly friendly for corn and beans

This busy news week is wrapping up with the November World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report. While concerns over tariffs still remain, the ag marketplace has not adjusted sharply in either direction. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride said the corn side of the report was mostly neutral.

Beans, however, received much more friendly news.

Looking ahead, it might be a while before we see our next significant USDA report. McBride said the December WASDE is generally the same as the November report, so we likely won’t see any adjustments to exports until January, if they do happen.
