The Farm Progress Show is back in Boone Iowa this year and will take place next week September 1st-3rd. The Farm Progress Show is the largest outdoor farm show in the country and brings tens of thousands of people to central Iowa.
In addition to drawing in showgoers from across the state of Iowa, the Midwest, and the entire country, the show also attracts visitors from across the globe. Matt Jungmann is the director of events for Farm Progress and he says that people attend the show every year in hopes of seeing the newest technology and innovations in agriculture.
Jungmann says that exhibitors have made a habit of unveiling new technologies at the show because it is one of the biggest farm shows in the country.
