Located in downtown Des Moines, the Landus Innovation Connector provides an opportunity for farmer-owners to engage with Landus partners and experts and discuss the latest and greatest ag innovations. By bringing farmers in to see these innovations first-hand, Landus is able to get specific input on various ag issues from the people who are impacted by them directly. Landus President and CEO Matt Carstens said it?s important to keep the farmers at the center of those discussions.
Carstens said it?s especially helpful for farmers to see those new innovations in person since ag technology changes so quickly.
Even though they?ve almost doubled the size of the Innovation Connector, Carstens said they still get interest from more farmers than they can hold in the building- and because of that, they are considering expanding even further.
Carstens added that there?s no particular theme for each Innovation Connector event, so farmers will get to see a wide variety of technology.
Carstens said they have some exciting announcements for this month that farmers can look forward to as well.
