Taste What Pork Can Do™ is the new industry wide consumer campaign from the National Pork Board. The campaign is similar in size and scope to successful campaigns of the past such as Pork, The Other White Meat. Kiersten Hafer with the National Pork Board says the biggest difference with this campaign is the amount of knowledge that the industry has about the consumer.
She says that learning as much about the consumer shaped the entire campaign.
Hafer adds that previous work by the NPB concerning consumer segmentation also featured heavily in Taste What Pork Can Do™
