Colfax Sheep Auction: January 24, 2015

COLFAX, Iowa – Saturday saw a good run of sheep and goats at the auction in Colfax. 174 head of sheep and 58 head of goats sold, with feeder lambs averaging $2.06 per pound. Fed lambs brought in $1.43 per pound, and prices on goats ranged from $100-$152.50 per head.
