This year marks 50 years of the CLAAS JAGUAR forage harvester, and they have spent the year celebrating by continuing to innovate. Next year will bring even more improvements, with an earlage adapter and an enhanced chopping drum. Daryl Theis, head of sales and marketing at CLAAS, said the earlage adapter helps the forage head follow the contour of the ground.
Theis said the adapter also improves the efficiency of the forager.
The enhanced chopping drum includes more mounting points for the knives, which allows for more flexibility.
