Food waste has long been a concern all over the world. There are those who live on very little, while there are those of us who throw away more than we ever need. It is truly heartbreaking and gut wrenching to see food go to waste. But what if it didn?t have to? Also, what about the castoffs of food production? While humans don?t eat every scrap of food, it doesn?t mean there isn?t some nutritional value left in the byproducts.
