The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) is renewing its push for the Section 199A tax deduction. Kelsey Kemp, NCBA associate director of government affairs, said this is a very important tool for producers, and it’s one of their top priorities for the upcoming tax package.
In a recent survey, Kemp said many producers consider Section 199A to be a vital part of running their operation.
With the amount of financial pressure in the economy right now, Kemp said producers need to have access to as many tools as possible in order to stay profitable.
