Bayer, Luke Bryan, and Kroger team up for 2022 “Here?s to the Farmer” campaign

Bayer is once again teaming with five-time entertainer of the year Luke Bryan to celebrate America?s Farmers and fight hunger. It?s all part of the “Here?s to the Farmer” concert tour. What will make this year?s tour even more special is the fact that Kroger, America?s largest grocer, is joining the campaign, along with the launch of the first-ever Farm Tour 2022 sweepstakes. Beth Roden, Senior Vice President and Head of Communications for Bayer U.S., provided some details on the concert tour.

?We’re so thankful to be partnering with Luke Bryan again and this year Kroger is also joining us because all of us really have the farmer and nutrition at the heart of our missions,? Roden said. ?At Bayer, our mission is ‘Health for all and hunger for none,’ and this just so perfectly aligns with the ‘Here’s to the Farmer’ campaign. So, from September 15th to the 24th, Luke Bryan is going to perform in six different states, but those concerts just won’t be taking place in a typical arena. Luke is going to be performing on stages that are going to be set in the fields of local farmers to celebrate farmers and the fight for hunger. We’re going to ask every fan across the U.S. to share the hashtag, #Herestothefarmer, on their social media channels to show their appreciation for farmers and all they do as well. So, starting now all the way through October 31, Bayer will provide one meal for every post that includes that hashtag to the communities in need through our partnership with Feeding America, and our goal is to provide as many as one million meals.?

Luke Bryan is the son of a peanut farmer, and he?s a loyal advocate for farmers and the profession, which makes him the perfect person for the job. Bayer?s also adding even more to the campaign this year. Roden said that fans can now enter the first-ever Farm Tour 2022 Sweepstakes.

?Now through August 2022, fans can go to the website,, where they’ll complete an online entry form by providing their email address,? Roden said. ?The contest will give fans a chance to win one grand prize Luke Bryan VIP experience. This includes two VIP tickets to a select Luke Bryan farm tour concert, a three-day, two-night hotel stay, a round trip flight, and other goodies once you get on the ground. We’ll also select 100 prize winners who will receive selected Luke Bryan concert prizes- autographs, T-shirts, etc.?

With world-class entertainment and a noble goal, this year?s campaign is shaping up to be a special one. Roden said she encourages everyone to get involved.
