Typically, most reports from the USDA provide a surprise in one form or another. The April WASDE report was released on Tuesday by the USDA and in typical fashion this month?s report contained a few surprises says John Heinberg a market advisor with Total Farm Marketing.
Heinberg says that the news on corn was disappointing.
Wheat was left intact says Heinberg.
He says that the April WASDE report is not usually a volatile report and that next month?s WASDE update will carry more significance and be a bigger driver of the market.
The May WASDE report will be released Friday May 12th by the USDA.
