Export sales are looking good ahead of the Quarterly Grain Stocks report that will be released next Monday. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride said the corn sales were especially great in the latest data.
Soybeans also looked good this week, which is a far cry from what the situation was just a few weeks ago. Still, McBride said the soybean export totals will be cutting it close with the USDA’s end-of-year projections.
McBride added that they expect to see some slight adjustments to both corn and soybean stocks in next week’s report.
