Contrary to the ever-changing weather we’ve seen here in Iowa, the weather has remained status quo in South America. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride gave an update on the latest conditions.
Fortunately, that weather hasn’t impacted the safrinha harvest in Brazil, which is currently ahead of schedule.
Harvest is also still moving along in Argentina.
The recent CONAB report didn’t bring many changes, much like the June WASDE, when it came to soybeans. However, McBride said there was one significant area of change in the corn estimates.
