Dr. Mark Bienhoff of Kemin Industries Inc. spoke with the IARN at the World Pork Expo last month about Kemin?s role in global biosecurity. Dr. Bienhoff works in the Pathogen Control Products at Kemin. He talked about his rather unique position and the philosophy he and his team take when it comes to biosecurity.
Dr. Bienhoff also explained what Kemin does for biosecurity internationally, specifically with how they handled the African Swine Fever when it broke out in China.
Dr. Bienhoff added that, while the last year was challenging, he’s proud of how the industry has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.
