Value Added Producer Grant workshops

There are four opportunities scheduled around the state to learn more about how the USDA Rural Development Value Added Producer Grant can be used to help develop and market a product that will bring additional income back to a farm operation. Attendees should bring questions and ideas and get any questions you have answered.

These workshops are designed to help you understand the application requirements. The components of a good application will be discussed.

There is no charge for the workshop and RSVP is not required. The workshops are: Oct. 3, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Findlay Ag. Service Center,7868 C.R. 140, Findlay; Oct. 6, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Massillon Ag. Service Center, 2650 Richville Dr. S.E., Massillon; Oct. 10, 9:30 to 11:30 at the Marietta Ag. Service Center 21330 S.R. 676, Marietta; and Oct. 11, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the OSU South Center, 1864 Shyville Rd., Piketon.
