Sutter says producers need to realize even though prices are down, they are still in a growth market, and it wasn?t too long ago when they weren?t.
Sutter says the market doesn?t completely revolve around China. While the loss of Chinese imports certainly is a hit to the market, we are seeing substantial growth in other markets.
