Since this week’s U.S. Export Sales Report looks at the prior week for export numbers, we haven’t seen the impact of the renewed tariffs yet. However, the current market prices are absolutely reacting to that news. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride gave an update on the latest export sales.
McBride said the exports may look a lot different depending on how other countries retaliate against President Trump’s tariffs.
However, McBride said he expects to react differently to the tariffs this time around as opposed to Trump’s first term.
