The merger of the biggest players in seed and agricultural inputs, from herbicides to fertilizers, has a lot of farmers confused.
They have lost a brand that was comfortable and familiar in some of the mergers and acquisitions and have to track a product to a new company that may have gotten it through spin-offs in the merger process.
Does this open the way for smaller companies to gain greater market share? Companies similar to Titan Pro, which has a dealer network selling competitively priced inputs from farmer dealers and small local outlets.
