On Sunday, Canada agreed to terms on a trilateral trade agreement with The U.S. and Mexico. Iowa Senator Joni Ernst is pleased with the progress on trade in general and US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) in particular.

Senator Ernst says with the USMCA, President Trump has delivered on his promise to modernize the old North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Ernst says while agriculture did benefit from NAFTA, there are better deals in USMCA especially in dairy.
Ernst is hopeful the agreement will be ratified easily by Congress. The Senator says USMCA is a win-win-win situation.
