National Bison Association President Dave Carter says the consumer market for bison, or buffalo, is growing.
Carter says there are some challenges to face. Especially with the labeling of imported water buffalo meat, which isn?t the same as North American buffalo.
Carter updates us on the ?Bison 1 Million? program. It is an initiative to restore the population in North America.
