Luke Tomanelli is deputy director of federal relations and policy for Bayer. In regard to the 2018 Farm Bill, Tomanelli says Bayer is monitoring provisions, such as Waters of the U.S. Rule (WOTUS) and double-permitting, that will make its customers and allies lives easier by reducing regulatory burdens.
