Domestic and international markets are always changing, and it is important for Iowa soybean growers to stay up to speed on the shifting landscape. To provide insight into global and domestic market trends and their impact on a farmer’s return on investment for 2025 and beyond, Iowa Soybean Association is hosting the Farm Forward conference on February 3rd in Des Moines.
That is Matt Herman, the Chief Officer for Demand and Advocacy at Iowa Soybean Association. He says that Farm Forward is designed to focus on demand.
Herman explains who is eligible to attend Farm Forward.
The keynote speaker at this year’s event is Matt Roberts. Roberts is founder of The Kernmantle Group, an economics research and training consultancy. Dr. Roberts is a nationally renowned expert and speaker on the grain and energy markets.
Herman says that Farm Forward attendees should come to the event with their questions ready.
Farm Forward will take place February 3rd from 9:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. at Hotel Fort Des Moines in downtown Des Moines.
Following the Farm Forward event, attendees are invited to attend the ISA Legislative Reception. All Iowa legislators are invited to come enjoy the reception to interact with Iowa Soybean Farmers to connect with their constituents on current soybean issues.
