In the mission of continuous innovation, Corteva is bringing not one, but two herbicides to the market this year. Kelly White, U.S. corn product manager with Corteva, said they?re excited to offer both the familiar Resicore XL and the new Kyro herbicide.
It?s important to have a solid weed management plan, because the best way to take care of weed issues is to prevent them from growing in the first place.
Much like Resicore XL, Kyro can be sprayed on up to 24-inch corn, so it offers a great amount of flexibility for farmers.
That flexibility extends to Corteva?s suite of weed management options as well. White said they wanted to offer both Resicore XL and Kyro in order to give farmers plenty of choices on what they want to incorporate into their weed management plan.
White added that Resicore XL is already available for producers to use, while Kyro will be fully available in 2024.
