Colfax Sheep Auction: December 6, 2014

COLFAX, Iowa – The first sheep and goat auction in Colfax this December saw a run of 391 head of sheep and 121 head of goats. Feeder lambs sold for an average of $1.89 per pound. Fed lambs brought in $1.55 per pound on average. Prices on goats ranged from $103-$165 per head.
