Colfax Sheep Auction: December 20, 2014

COLFAX, Iowa – The pre-Christmas sheep and goat auction in Colfax saw a run of 222 head of sheep and 145 head of goats on Saturday. Feeder lambs sold for an average of $1.93 per pound. Fed lambs brought in $1.47 per pound on average. Prices on goats ranged from $125-$170 per head.
