As labor becomes more difficult to find, cattle producers can take advantage of new technologies to ease the labor requirements for taking care of their cattle. Dakota Belling, co-founder of BoviJet, talked about their innovative automatic pour-on medicine applicator at this year’s Iowa Ag Expo.
This applicator also makes the process less stressful for the cattle going through the chute.
Belling said they also have a new product coming out this spring that will help farmers collect data on their cattle.
Belling added that they are continuing to promote their product through trade shows and competitions.
