Harvest is pending in Iowa and has started across much of the Midwest.
Numbers, out from the U.S. Department of Agriculture?s later today, are expected to show 10-percent of the corn harvested across the country and two- to three-percent of soybeans.
In Iowa, we have had a variable year with the best corn potentially at a record yield and most better than average. There was some that was starved of moisture in the southern and southeast portions of the state.
