The folks at Alltech have completed their analysis of the 2023 harvest and ran that against known risk factors for our grain quality.
Dr. Max Hawkins is on Alltech’s Mycotoxin Management Team. He says you needn’t look further than last year’s weather patterns to find where mycotoxins will be a larger risk.
