Farmers are enrolling more and more acres into conversation practices and carbon market programs. It has been an interesting trend to watch happen over the past few years.
Agoro Carbon Alliance has been one of the companies touting their carbon credit program, which allows farmers to make money off of the practices they are implementing to protect the land and water quality on their acres. Agoro is proud to announce a major milestone in their program, the enrollment of over 2 million acres in the program. Agoro U.S. CEO Elliot Formal talks about the achievement.
Not only is it an achievement for Agoro, but Formal says it is also a big win for farmers and ranchers.
Formal adds that Agoro is committed to continuing this momentum into 2024.
