Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Director Scott Pruitt claims it is not the size of the parent company, it is the size of the individual refinery. Dinneen says the excuse does not fly.
Dinneen also says while the President has shown support for year-round sales of E-15, the EPA and Pruitt are sitting on their hands.
