For the first time since late 2003, China is opening its market to U.S. beef. An agreement was made during the meeting between President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping. This is welcome news for the U.S. beef industry, but, there is some caution. China has twice agreed to grant market access to U.S. beef, but the sales never were realized.
