The United Soybean Board (USB) is looking at every opportunity to expand demand for U.S. soybeans. And even though the livestock industry is currently the biggest customer for soybeans, there is still plenty of room for growth. USB Chair Philip Good said the dairy industry is one of the newest livestock sectors that is taking advantage of the benefits of high oleic soybean oil.
On top of demand for soybean oil, livestock producers enjoy using soybean meal in livestock feed as well.
No matter what form they go out in, Good said they are always excited to see new demand for U.S. soybeans.
